This topic suits as I am currently doing my own 30 days challenge together with my girlfriend triggered by a TED talk we saw. The things are easier said than done but I recommend everyone to think about a 30 days challenge and just do it. The GOOD magazine is doing it too with the leitmotiv of good citizenship with some funny tasks (Introduce yourself to your neighbour, letter to the editor, get a library card...) but also with tasks we actually should do but forget about it (register to volunteer, register to vote, help someone today, research the people and organizations working on your issues...) .
